Hired a power washer yesterday and cleaned off the hull - came home and power washed the dinghy - now as new.
Just about to slope off back to the hire shop when Dear Heart collars me with that menacing look that always makes both the cats and I nervous.
"I don't suppose you'll be making a contribution to the home with that thing?" says she
"Just about to do the paths my blossoming petunia" says I.
Got these done in double quick time then gets roped in to doing the sister in law with the nice bum's path and then dispatched to the other sister with the philandering husband and not got finished until 17:00 hrs - absolutely wet through and knackered.
There's some merit in leaving the boat in Scotland for the winter I fear.
