classic sailing club?

I have just returned from Lowestoft on a day out to visit their annual boat show, bored with not lot else to do with my day I decided to go and look at some plastic. Yet I was pleasantly surprised and rather shocked to see a wooden boat!! Sticking out like a saw thumb I originally thought she was a Laurent Giles only to be corrected by a young man who informed me she was Pintail, Rossiters. It was one from their fleet of wooden boats that are all for charter. Has anyone heard of them before? Or a member? Is it the right way to go to once again sail some 'proper' yachts.

There´s a fleet of 5 yachts for the members to sail. Annual memberships start at 500 pounds. All the details are to be found at www.classicsailingclub.com or 0870 300 1066.

I have been admiring some of their fleet during the winter months as we are in the same boat yard. Some stunning looking craft, obviously well looked after and a friendly group of people.
