Classic old boat

Anyone know the make of this old classic cruiser? It was in the Cowes Yacht club marina,sorry the picture is a bit distant.It looks in good nick for its age.

The hull looks like an old Monaco but the upperworks don't match. Not much of an answer more of a comment I suppose.

Difficult to see properly but looks like a Dutch inspired design and probably a steel hull. Just a guess mind.

Loks like a Fleur De Lys to me.
