Classic Mercury engine fans, this is for you

No comments needed, just trawling through the interweb and found a company that is doing the most wonderful work by bringing these old Mercury ToP's back to life..... I think I would sell a body part for one of these.

indeed, just imagine the pair fitted to a lovely classic and the noise at full throttle, it would be exquisite ! and, even in todays standards... blooming quick!


...you would want them set up very well.... pull start... that would be knackering if you had to do that for a few minutes before they came to life! But I guess if they look that good on the outside, the insides would be pretty well sorted! They had a fully restored red band 135 TOP short shaft for sale for $2950. Absolute bargain IMHO.
