Be advised the price shown for the digitlal edition of Classic Boat, £29.99, does not include VAT ie £36 total. Missleadingly the VAT does not appear until after the credit card payment has been made.

Complain to your credit card company.
Zinio being an American company may create a problem in trying to get them to be honest and open. Also understand that you are giving them personal data when you register on their web site which may not be protected by British data protection legislation.
Any lawyers here who can advise further?
