ok was thinking of a crimbo pressie for my bro (or might even nab it myself) was thinking of a plb (personal locator thingy)....how accurate is the non gps one compared to the gps one?? and how much?

ohh and any books written about someone becoming a liveaboard and their travels etc?>

beth leonard (lenard?) sp? has written some good books which are good stories of becoming a liveaboard and travels. There are also some more 'nuts and bolts' books like 'sell up and sail'
