Merry Christmas to all

Santa, where's my Fairline Targa? /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Santa is a bit behind schedule, my Portofino 46 is slowing him up a bit.

Merry Christmas all.

Who else is sad enough to log on on Christmas morning. I'm up early getting the turkey going.

Thanks Sneddon and Merry Christmas, everyone. Promising 27C here today - it's not quite Christmas without snow, however. After brekky will take a stroll on the beach, possibly followed by a bike ride then turkey dinner this evening.

No such thing as a Christmas break here - they all go back to work tomorrow.

We've`got a week and a 1/2 off /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

How much fuel does your boat use? /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Weather here raining!

Merry Christmas /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I've got the rest of my life off, but the poor buggers here in the land of the free get Christmas Day and New Year's Day and that's it.
How much fuel does my boat use? Well, not a lot in the marina, but at 20-22kt cruise, 35US gal/hr. We haven't used her much in the past year apart from staying aboard at weekends when we don't want to drink and drive, but we did fill her up the other day- 220gal for $807- gulp and then used half of it to go up to St. Pete and back. A week later we went up and overnighted on Caladesi Is., near Clearwater. Highly recommended State Park with a beautiful beach and very good marina for any of you coming this way http://www.floridastateparks.org/caladesiisland/default.cfm

Cloudless sky here. Must take a walk after a very large breakfast. Just watched Queenie on You Tube, so I feel inspired!

Shame about the lack of holidays.
Mind you, cheap petrol, currently over £1stg per litre here in good old blighty!
Happy new year
