I have a white sprayed hull which has developed a couple of chips in one spot at the edge, showing the old colour underneath. What is the best solution in terms of touching in, at least on a temporary basis, until she goes back in the yard for a more permanent solution? I had thought a car touch up stick would keep the weather out and hopefully prevent the damage spreading. Ideally, I guess, I should fair and sand in the edges, then use an acrylic spray but not easy while afloat. Any thoughts?
