Chinese transponder HA-101B and OpenCPN

I'm planning on getting the HA-101B, the black box without display. I don't need the display function of the one most people are posting about because I want targets on OpenCPN. But the HA-101B output is NMEA0813. Can anyone tell me how I can get this output into OpenCPN please? USB on a Panasonic Toughbook, or RS232 are available.

NMEA straight into the RS232, at 38400 Baud for AIS.

Note that the model you are considering is not CE approved, unlike the one with the display. This info came direct from the manufacturer, which boosted my confidence considerably.
