I was told by my peers when i was younger "The more you put in the more you will get out! " This isn't true with boats the more you put in. The less you get out.
E:G My boat was leaking through the bow thruster so out she comes in Aug 02 to be repaired it has now turned into a major refit the QEII would be proud of.
Engines 14mm out of alighn new shaft couplings x2 , engine mounts perished, sweat glands replaced, prop shaft eaten away has to be resprayed with stainless steel, gbox cooling system furred up, Engine oil fxxxed, needs flushing & replaced new transducer for fish finder I could go on but not a fast typer. When the boat finally goes back in the water no doubt weather will change for the worse . Anyway i'm ready for the onslaught of winter . Anybody want to buy a P35

Ouch!!

I think the weathers gonna change about Tuesday, thats when my boats going back in, properly this time! MDL took it on them selves yesterday to relaunch despite a faulty sea cock. frantic calls to marina office got it pulled out again.... before it sank!!

Good boating when it hits the water. Think how quite it will be on the water.
