There should be a control knob in the cabin somewhere with the words "Eberspatcher" , go on...... turn it on, you know you want too.
Do know somebody who could look at it if its not working ?

Looked everywhere, can't find one of those. Have one marked "Webasto" and another that says "Autoterm", no ide what they do though.

The one marked Webasto you turn fully to the right, when a green light comes on. You wait a few minutes and it starts flashing like a perverted starboard-hand mark. This is a helpful sign to tell you that you need new batteries.

I had tried that John, was confusing as it flashed green, like you said, but it's mounted on the port side. Will check the batteries, are these in the Webasto device or elsewhere.
