just got my harbour licence through along with some leaflets about how to live together on the water. Approach is based on courtesy to others. there s some simple guides to some of the collregs and some explanations as to what the problems the "other side" is coping with. Its my sixth year there, and the only problem I ve ever had is with the racing dinghies. It seemed to me that much of the "guidance" was directed at those dinghies, but it was well put together, and good to see the Harbour trying to ensure peoples day isnt spoilt. Hopefully it will be an even better season; they just need to organise some sunshine too this year.
