For those who don’t frequent the mobo forum I decided to check my exhaust elbow as I had been getting steam from the exhaust last season, although engine and exhaust temps were good. What I found led me to buy a new elbow, below before and after photo….?

It took a lot of effort to get that ‘just run in’ look…?

Be worth pickling the old one in vinegar to see exactly how bad it is; if it's just choked rather than falling apart you can wrap it up as a spare.
