just found that we have been billed twice and at the wrong (too high) rate for the one ticket we bought on line for the london boat show- had a problem with the online system at the time as it would not show the discount that was supposed to apply from entering a code and had emailed the company and understood it was all sorted - clearly not ,
have just wrong them and have been told that their customer service department will call me on monday
