Cheapest place in the Solent for MOBO maintenance, Who, Where?

I need to get the following done.

Lift, Scrub, antifouled,
legs antifouled,
Universal joint gaiters replaced, and one leg trim pot replaced.

While this is going on I need the boat out for a couple of weeks so I can get the props blasted and powder coated, (or whatever paint would be best?)

So far I can get the lift and A/f done reasonable at one place but the mechanical bit can’t be done there. Another place can do the mechanical bits but are over my budget for the lift and A/F.

Any recommendations gratefully received.

You don't say how big the boat is. You could try Roger at Seaway Marine in Gosport. He can lift up to about 36' I believe and he's reputably good with outdrives, although I've only ever used him for lifting the boat (and an engine).

Take it up to Foulkes on the Hamble and get Col to sort it.
