Cheap Solar Panels: Latest recommendations?

In view of the possible new tariffs on chinese solar panels, I'm guessing that many of us who were procrastinating may now be looking to buy in the next 3 weeks.

In recent threads on this subject people have recommended "cheap panels from ebay" but often without supplier info. My experience with cheap chinese electronics has been that whilst it invariably works, sometimes it subtley isn't what was advertised (ie older chipset than claimed) so want to avoid buying mono but being supplied with poly etc. I've seen lensun mentioned. Any good? Other recommendations?

I believe I want semi flexible (mounting on deck,though not much of a curve to cope with)

I'm presuming I should really sand back the textured deck paint to gelcoat before mounting?

I have an Ebay Lensun and after two years it's still working fine. the connection box on the back was a bit carp but use of sikaflex after wiring up has made it waterproof. Mine is a mono, in ally frame.
