Don't think it will be cheap by the time you have finished, engine refurbisment alone could be 20k+.

Depending on whats already been done, or needs replacing its going to need a lot more cash to get it back on the water.

IMHO its only going to be worth 60-70k when its finished. Unless you have all the skills needed yourself and unlimited time, I would run away as fast as you can.

not cheap! obviously been completely submerged. If given it free but had to move it at my expense I'd have to think about it.

That'll end up as some dreamers unfinished project rotting away in a yard somewhere (in fact it looks as though it already is...)
