Cheap boatyard in south-west Spain or Algarve

Hallo,

I'll be in Gibraltar in September and I'm looking for a cheap boatyard where to park my sailing yacht 39ft during winter.

At the moment I've found Nave Pegos in Algarve that is priced for2800 Euro +VAT which is more expensive than I had budgeted.

Is there some who can suggest a cheap boatyard in southwest of Spain or Algarve?

Surprised at the price you quote for Nave Pegos (Bruce's) as I paid €1763 incl. IVA for 38ft for 5 months, this last spring including lifts, wash off, etc.

Last I heard, Ria Formosa yard at Olhao is cheaper if just leaving the boat as electricity (if needed) is charged as daily extra whereas Nave Pegos includes everything.

No idea where you got 2800 E +IVA from. Same size as us and we pay far less. Have you asked for a quote ?

.65 times 12mtrs = 7.8c per day, times 183 = 1427 times 23% equals 328 plus equals €1755 for 6 months plus lifts
