I'm looking to buy a second chartplotter for my flybridge & am between the raymarine A 60 or the Garmin 3010c .
I have a full set of Furuno gear in the helm ,But with the navnet prices I am looking at one of the above .
Does any of the panel have either & which one would you suggest to buy ?
Thanks

New Garmin 555 5" ultra bright screen, or older portable Garmin 276C still available 4" screen is still an amazing small plotter. If you really want an 8" or 10" then a 2010 or 3010 which may be available on ebay. The 3010 is a waste as it has networking which you won't use (ie for multistation and radar, etc).

I've got the Garmin 2010 and very pleased with it, but you wont find new one now. Did see a couple of new 3010C a few months ago on ebay for around £650/750 which I thought about buying for "stock" /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif !

Having been a past owner of Garmin's GPS555 (sold with my last boat), and now currently using a Raymarine E80, I would say I prefer the menu system/control of the Garmin, but the screen of the Raymarine. Needless to say, both top quality units.
