Cobra plotter with CMap max cartridge M-EWM007.02 . If I set the clock to BST, the tidal information does not follow and remains in UTC. Which means the arrows on the chart show you what was happening an hour ago. The immediate workround is to remain in UTC and use the 'predict' function but I'd welcome info from anyone who has it working properly. (The book has been read ! many times...)
Thanks in anticipation,

I had a similar problem with a Lowrance 3500 which had the tides incorrect if you were working at UTC+1 i.e. France. I think that Lowrance were not aware of this problem until notified. However an update was published recently. Perhaps Cobra will issue an update if you contact them.

I phoned C map and they said I should post the card back to them for a £103 update, I wasnt prepared to pay to have something updated that is only 7 months old, now I am wondering if mine has the same problem as yours, i.e the bst ut difference, though mine seems to have big differences in the HW times from the tide tables.

Been trying to join club service since the boat show in January. Not very helpful despite a number of promises. (not agreed by head office, update not ready, we will be in contact, can update at regular price in the mean time etc)
