Charter fishing in Europe

I am totally bored, just having sat through a work meeting that made daytime television seem interesting and it seems ages until it is time for my own boat to go back in the water. What I need is a few days boat fishing somewhere slightly less cold.
Please can anyone suggest / recommend a charter company somewhere in Europe, that is not horrendousely expensive or too far away.
