Afternoon,

understanding this is a sensitive issue, any information greatly received about charter options in Puerto Pollensa.

I am out there next week and SWMBO has expressed interest in a day on the water. i suspect it will be very expensive so maybe a non starter but any idea on a decent charter company for a day trip, bay hopping??

Sunseeker Charters have a few boats for charter in Pollensa. If you are interested let me know and i will try and get you a good deal. They usually do longer term charters but i am sure they will do a day. How many people, which date and are you after boat only or drinks, food etc.

There are bowrider type dayboats for hire along the quayside by Stay Restaurant. Not the height of luxury but it will get you out on the water.

You will need ICC or day skipper certificate

Nautinort have Zar ribs for daily/half day hire as MedDreamer says however they are IMO expensive, around 350 euro for a Zar57. They have a new 2009 10m Zar with twin 300hp outboards - hate to think what they charge for this! Need to book boats early as when I last enquired they were almost fully booked for August. Watch 'Chicken Bay' - props damaged on a daily basis!
