Chart Update Nightmare!!!

Hi

I've got a FURUNO GPS1650F with a Navionics Classic XL Card with the Dover area on.

I'm trying to get East Coast coverage for it but I'm being told that nowhere updates the Classic XL card anymore and they stopped supporting it in 2012!

Is there anyone out there/ online that could do it? All help appreciated

John at JGTech should be aware of the options available to you, and each time I've checked his prices have been the best. The website contains limited information, but if you email john.jgtech@gmail.com explaining what you have (including type of card, eg Compact Flash or CD Card) then I'm sure he'll be able to help. He arranged an update for the ancient Navionics card that came in Ariam's plotter, for much less than I expected to have to pay.

Well just to close the thread- nobody could program an XL card so the unit had to come out and a new one bought and fitted.
