charging additional battery

recently installed a bow thruster , so i have added an extra battery to power it but im going to connect the windlass to the same battery, so my thinking was to use the 70mm sq cables that were feeding the windlass to charge the new battery using a diode to stop any back feed however i have been reccomended something like this-

feeding 2x house batterys 140ah each, 1x 70ah start battery, new 140 ah thruster/windlass battery
will this do the job ?

You'd need a 3-output splitter.

You also need to fuse the cable at the bowthruster battery.

So you have to pay extra for that? Aren't there any local retailers?
