We're always quick to moan, so I thought I'd publicly praise a manufacturer!
I've been using Chargemetrix for a few years now for remote monitoring of the boat, and even on board monitoring of batteries. I chose them mainly because they're local and manufactured their initial range of products themselves.
Sadly their 2G network provider has been down for a week or so now, so the service is offline.
However, the CEO has been updating customers regularly, and personally emailed me to apologise, offer a pro-rata refund and a kit upgrade to their new 4G system.
Fantastic customer service from a nice bunch of people based on the IOW, I'm really impressed.
Obviously it's annoying with it down, but it's great to be kept up to date and made to feel like a valued customer. Nice one Chargemetrix.
