Is this the right direction of traffic for the channel separation?

seems different by 180 degrees to MBY july 2002 article on channel crossing?

or according to BBC

If this is right, then all the ships I can see from our top floor windows are going the wrong way (NE). Lucky they are all going the wrong way at the same time, eh?

The diagram is showing general direction of traffic (wrongly).

oops! It is further east and west innit! A bollocking for me. The purpleyness fooled me. Mind you, nothing to stop the ships from going all over the place since no TSS i suppose.

Praps the idea was to get it wrong and wake eveyone up in which case it worked (and eventually, on me)
