other than using the usual weather websites can anybody point me in the direction of a good CI forcast site, something on the lines of jersey radio give out on the VHF including swell height.

If you are in the area then Jersey met office forecast is proivded by Jersey coast Guard on VHF channel 82 at fairly regular intervals, you can also ring them on 01534 885505 I found them pretty helpfull last week.
