Reading the Islands' government statements about Covid requirements for incoming folk by sea, I think that if you can prove having both jabs and a negative test[available free in uk or on arrival on t he Island], it is possible to visit.

I have heard that Guernsey have erected a marquee on the quay for Covid testing of arriving boat crews.
