The best ones to speak to are the Coastguard... they may have something that is used for training - assuming that is what you want it for.

our Owners Association has a complete VHF + DSC course on DVD. You should be able to find that somewhere Eg £19.95 from Kelvin Hughes (last years price) probably available from many other on line chandleries.

This comes to mind immediately

Then there is How NOT to put out a distress call.

Then there is this for a different view on the subject.

Many moons ago PBO did a VHF Music-Cassette ... which did as you want !! Maybe it's time they revised it to CD format and gave away with mag again ? With DSC additions of course ?

What do you expect from the "septics" - no "stiff upper lip" /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I was expecting someone to come in saying "Breaker, breaker 16 this is the rubber duck, come back, 10-4, come on"

There is protocol and there is taking the piss. Protocol is there for a reason but it takes discipline and training and a cool head when the poo-poo hits the whirly thing (<span style="color:black">shi</span>t hits the fan)
