Changing freshwater coolant on md 2030

Hi

I am trying to change the freshwater coolant on my md 2030 but cannot seem to find the drain plug as indicated in teh diagram on the owners manual.

As far as I can see it should be next to the oil filter, but I just cannot see it there!

Does anyone have an idea?

Well I was about to go down to the boat and would have had a look again but its vvvvvvvvvvery cold and just started snowing. I found mine where it should be, slightly higher than the filter and a little bit towards the front. Incidentally the main dealers told me that provided the coolant is clear, the anti-freeze colour holding up and the specific gravity ok, they leave it alone. SG for 50% at 0 F should be 1.1.
