Changing Coolant Perkins 6354

I have a Perkins 6354 and want to flush out the fresh water side of the cooling system.

Where is the 'drain plug' on this engine. I have searched the forum for similar messages but still can't identify it on my engine. It is a TC version.
There appears to be a plug in the block just above the starter motor, could this be it ?

Yes, just above the starter. About 2 gallons or so I think, so quite a bit!

I recall that is a tapered thread plug, best go steady with it.
