Changing bulb on cabin light

Before I break something prising covers off, does anyone know how to access the bulb on this reading light - http://www.yachtsnet.co.uk/reading-light.jpg - as fitted by Jeanneau?

The bulb just pops out of the swivel fitting says the skipper who replaced all our bulbs with LEDs a couple of years ago. You'll probably need something to prise it gently out like a table knife. The top edge of the swivel-ly bit also comes off if you twist it which may make the bulb easier to remove.
