Seems that it is a totally different company, trades under the name of Springwood Haven.
Must admit I only googled the name after I ordered some equipment and was horrified to see results under Direct Chandlery.
I recieved a part order a day after ordering and the remaining part a few days later as they had to order it in at no extra carriage charge.
Seems like a good honest company.
