I have just re-sealed a chain plate on my hunter legend yacht, does anyone know the torque setting for the bolts which are 3x 10mm threaded stainless welded to the chain plate.

See your last thread on this, my assumptions were correct. Really, just nip up tight, pull or push the spanner until it is difficult to make up anymore. The problem with torque settings is that they do not take into account what you are clamping. A clamping force of 70% of the ultimate tensile strength of the stud is possible with torque values for M10 nuts/studs. However, that is way over the top for what you need and it would probably crack the GRP. Believe me, hand tight with a ring spanner will be good enough. Listen to the GRP, you may hear slight crackling sounds as you tighten up. That is why you need to sail and then check again as there may be some settling, even though the boat has been used.

Perhaps others may comment, or even know of a torque setting that Hunter specified? Try the owners group if there is one one.
