No, not on your yachts' lines/ropes/etc.

I am referring to the chafe in the groin area (both groins).:ambivalence:


The lining of swimming shorts tend to get me every time ( I swim in salt water) and have now resorted to cutting out the lining before I wear them for the first time.


How do you prevent it, and if you do get it how do you treat it?
 
Many moons ago when I was obliged to do long runs carrying a big nasty heavy Bergen while being shouted at by purple faced people, we used to use Lanolin based babies bum cream to stop our skin migrating to our combats leaving attractive red raw patches. Mother Care is your friend and the gloop is even waterproof. ;) ;)
