We are currently living on our sailing yacht (draft 1.5m) in southern Spain, near the Portuguese border. We intend to sail into the Med this spring and come back to the UK though the French canals from Sete to Le Havre. OUr problem is that our ICC does not include Inland Waterways, as we came via Biscay. Where can we do the CEVNI test between here and south of France without going back to UK to do it?
