cetol mess

hi, i used cetol on degreased wood, but it was cold, and possibly not dry enough either, yeh i should know better .....

a central bloom ? is the result, guess i cant 'just' give it another coat and things will be ok ?!

almost certainly damp in the wood, plus a temperature/humidity change in the air before the varnish hardens.

Back to the sandpaper....

ah, did not know about that risk, thats likely the one

To apply Cetol, first sail to the Med!
Hard luck, but with Cetol, when it goes wrong it goes horribly wrong.

Find a carpenter's cabinet scraper.It will greatly reduce the amount of sanding.
