Could anyone tell me the QUICKEST way to contact the Registrar re: change of ownership. I've tried ringing the number on the previous owner's cert 029 20747 333, but just get number unobtainable. Does anyone have a BETTER number? Do they have a web site or email address? I know I can write and post, but when you have questions, this back and forth business is just tiresome.

As ever - thanks for all help and advice. This really is a VERY USEFUL BOARD with VERY HELPFUL PEOPLE - thanks so very much again.

I contacted them last week on 02920448800, no problems getting through, very helpful regarding getting my Part 3 re-registration through in time for a cross-channel jaunt next week.
