Has anybody got both Edition 1 and Edition 2 (new 2020) of the CCC Orkney & Shetland Sailing Directions ?
Most of the CCC pilots (particularly since they incorporated the Martin Lawrence book contents) are absolutely brilliant, but Edition 1 of Orkney & Shetland was rather disappointing in comparison to the other books (eg in terms of detailed information on anchorages etc).
I was wondering if Edition 2 is just minor updates or whether there has been a more comprehensive upgrade? Is it worth shelling out a further £35 + p&p, or will it just be very similar?
Anybody done a direct comparison. Thanks
