Welcome to the forum. Not sensible to put your email address on here - you could pick up all sorts of junk.

Not aware of a DVD or Video on the subject, but plenty of books and articles. Look in the Classic Boat book service or the Wooden Boat (US) site.

Hi There
The classic Boat Repair Manual by Buchanan is sadly out of print but easily found second hand, and has excellent advice and clear diagrams for all kinds of repairs including carvel palnking. It even tells you how to get all the bevels right when you are repairing or replacing sawn frames.

The basic thing you need to learn to do is a really tight scarf joint; for carvel planking a single lipped scarf is usually recommended. Not all that difficult if you practice on some spare timber.

You can find a lot of information on the Wooden Boat Magazine Forum
here.

If there are any videos available you can probably find a lead to them on there.

Also try You Tube - example

I also endorse Tranona's suggestion that you don't volunteer your email address. Amongst the very many pleasant and helpful people on here, there are one or two who are a bit excitable [to put it politely!], and best kept at arm's length. By the way, you can edit your posts within 2 hours
