Carribean to Panama, Crew available

As part of my world circumnavigation I am looking to secure a ride on the Carribbean to Panama (or beyond) leg. I am a 46 yr old Australian who has so far sailed from Bali on 3 sailing vessels/yachts as part of 2 man crews, although the Atlantic crossing will see me with larger crew numbers.
I am currently in Las Palmas until Nov 10th and then head to Puerto de Mogan and leave on Nov 22nd for Martinique. I can provide a reference, perhaps 2 by then.
