I need some modifications made to the saloon, new settee, helm seats moved, new carpets, that sort of thing, any reccomendations gratefully received.

Try Bob Forsyth Joiner and Shipwright and John the Upholsterer both based at Odessa Boatyard in Newport. They have just (today) completed a rework of a 40 ft steel boat including mod's to the fore cabin, saloon and aft cabin.
