Does this mean the Cardiff marinas will soon be welcoming visiting yachts from England ?

I don't know . From tommorow we are allowed to sail on the Bay but the sea locks are still closed.All the town pontoons are closed ,when the Barrage locks reopen wether the marinas will accept visitors Welsh or English based boats I don't know.Commercially I am sure they would like to.
