Capilano Hyaraulic steering pump

Any one got a service / rebuild manual for this steering pump model 1250V or 1275V as mine is leaking and I need to rebuild it

I do have am installation manual but this does not show the internal workings.

I don't know the name. I this a manual steering pump rather than a power assisted unit?
If so they are generally very simple to service and if it is only a seal that has gone I would say take a chance and open it up. Just remember there are a lot of small springs inside so take care!!!

I have just ordered a rebuild kit for my leaking 1250V pump from www.hypromarine.com cost £41.56 inc P&P. Comes with instructions.

Do you have a list of what components is included in the rebuild kit.

If I know I may be able to get locally.

I don't have a list of parts in the kit. It's basically lots of rubber washers of differing sizes and a gasket. The Teleflex part no for the kit is HS5161.

The drawing you sent shows 10 o-rings and a gasket.

over 40 squid for this seems overpriced which is what I suspected.

Thanks a lot will be having a go this weekend and I think I may have the o-rings in a kit I got some time ago.
