Canvaswork - Solent

I'm not having much luck searching the archives, so I was wondering if anybody could recommend someone to make some cockpit bags in the Solent area.

I'm envisaging some fairly complicated bags, so an ability to produce good work is more important than the lowest price.

Any sailmaker will be able to do this. I used Coastal Covers (Clarence dockyard, Gosport) who made me a pair of dodgers with integral sheet bags.

Not connected other than a buyer but last year we came across a range of well made bags / extras named 'Blue'. Might we worth checking out a local chandler (know the place on the front at Lymington has them) as these were not only considerably better value but actually better fabricated that custom made ones they replaced.

then I agree, very smart looking stuff, and exactly the quality that I'm after. Unfortunately, they don't make custom bags, and don't already make exactly what I'm after.
