Had this email from a friend in Sardinia today - Can anybody help out?

"Grrrr. have you time to ask on the forum why I cant post. I sent one yesterday but cant respond or send a new post as the screen under the icons bar goes pale blue.
maybee a settings issue but I cant find it or ask about it.

Go to Settings, then General Settings, scroll to bottom and set Message Editor Interface to Enhanced.
