Can't Access "The Lounge" on mobiles

I have searched for the answer but can someone please explain how I can access The Lounge on my iPad and iPhone?

I get this message:

shorthanded, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

The problem seems to be with my portable devices and I have spent time searching for the answers. Sorry if this isn't the place to post about this issue.

I am able to access The Lounge on my desktop computer.

Isn't there a restriction on newbies in the Lounge? Perhaps it only works with his home IP address.

You need to allow session cookies, settings>safari>accept cookies>always

You need to log in on each device you have, and remember to tick the "keep me signed in" box.

I am able to access The Lounge on my desktop computer.

I seem to have suffered the same problem, since getting the I pad we had given up on the lap top as we had a very slow phone connection, and we got the message referred to.
When I contacted YBW they did not mention different ISP, but said I had to do some probation.
Is there still a lounge then?

My advice - avoid the lounge...

I can be logged in on laptop, but still need to log in on phone, I put this down to phone shutting down and restarting occasionally - not arguing but that's how it is on mine
