Hi all

I am in the design of the canopy frame for this boat and as i have a 19mm 3/4" bender i was going with that. Now as i am finding it difficult to find fittings for it, mainly a couple of tube hinges, i am thinking is it to small a tube for this size canopy?

If it is a bit on the small size i can always get pre bent tube and weld them in as i only need two 90 degree bends at the minute. Just rather not.

Hi Wayne,
Bits for 25mm tube are easier to find; I made a draw bender for 25 so no prob.
So, get a friend to machine out your 3/4" to 1"/25mm or just fab up the bits in 3/4". Not a big deal after what you have done on the boat :o)
Personally, I would go for 25mm. Have you looked at S3i ? Bit of guggle will find them. I have bought bits off them and very happy with the service and prices, not to mention the delivery in France.

Hi there

Am i being lazy you think lol Not looked at S3i yet. will go mooch now.

Its these i am after but more i think 22/25mm will be better than 19mm now fro the sake of a bit more effort.
