Cancer Research cycle ride

At least one friend I made through this site is no longer with us due to cancer,we all have family or friends affected.Im doing a 100 mile sponsored cycle ride from Cardiff Bay Yacht Club to Avonmouth and back via old Severn Bridge.

Due to the fine weather I am bringing it forward and doing the ride tommorow.The ride takes me past Cardiff bay YC ,Cardiff YC,Rumney River motorboat and sailing club,Newport and Uskmouth YC and Chepstow and districtYC. If any of you see ,me going past give a toot or better still go on line and do a donation .

If you are a UK taxpayer Cancer Research gets about 25 pounds for every 20 donated through just giving.
