Good morning, trying to gather information on this route from Royan through to Sete. Have read Michael Briants book on this (which frankly is enough to frighten you to death). I am after a motor boaters perspective rather than a yachtsmans, as our requirements differ somewhat (alongside fuel for instance rather than take your jerry can to the nearest petrol station..) Has anyone on this forum done the trip, I have a Nimbus 3400 10 meters by 3.5 metres hard top model with a 0.95 draft. Any advice gratefully received.
